History

Karamjeet Singh & Company Limited (KJSL) is an ISO 9001:2000 Certified Company, primarily engaged in the field of Overburden Removal and excavation of coal and other minerals & ores. The Company was established in the year1975 as a partnership firm in the name of Karamjeet Singh & Co., it was transformed in to a Public Limited Company in the year1995. Backed-up by vast, hands down, experience of its founder promoter Mr. Karamjeet Singh Bhullar, who has been associated with the mining industry in India since its infancy. KJSL has gone from strength to strength through pure hard work and  vision of its management team. KJSL has emerged as distinct leader in the Mining Industry for unsurpassed quality and reliability in terms of honouring its commitments for quality & timely execution of project works. The journey from approximate turn over of Rupees1000 lacs in the year 2002 to Rupees 11000 lacs in the year 2008 is a result of strict professional discipline, application of expertise foresight at the right time in right place and utmost contentment of its array of esteemed clientele.

Our Growth throughout the years

  1. 2000 – First contractor to deploy 8 x 4 Tipper Trucks with 60 ton excavator (L&T 300CK) in Coal OB Removal
  2. 2004 – First contractor to introduce 60 ton excavators (Komatsu PC600) in Major Irrigation Projects in the year
  3. 2008 – KJSL was formed from the proprietary organisation
  4. 2008 – First contractor to introduce 200 ton excavators with 100 ton DT in coal OB removal. Also Introduced SCANIA trucks in India
  5. 2010 – Reached 100 Scania Mining Trucks Fleet.
  6. 2012 – KJSL became 100 Mn USD contract mining company in India
  7. 2014 – Secured the Biggest mining Contract at SCCL Valued 700 Mn USD.
  8. 2016 – KJSL became the highest scania mining truck fleet owner with 500 units.
  9. 2018 – Secured biggest irrigation contract value 750 Mn USD from AFCONS Infrastructure Ltd.
